強風のため、11時30分まで待っても栂池のゴンドラリフトが動かず。強風による断念は初めて(そもそも、悪天候の予想される時には行かない。)。
Due to strong wind, the ropeway was out of service. At last at 11:30 we gave up. This was the first time that we gave up because of wind. (But we had never tried to ski in bad weather, of course.)

概況: この年は、雪が少なく、蓮華温泉からの下りでは、まずは道路を迂回せざるを得ず、また、ブッシュに悩まされました。嫁入り前というのに、灌木が跳ね上がって顔を打ちつけたり、灌木に足を取られて転んだり。
Snow was not so deep this year. Because of this, we had to walk on the road for a long distance from Renge Onsen. In addition, we were bothered by shrubs, by which a member was trapped and hit in her face.

 蓮華温泉の仙気の湯からロッジに戻る途中、カモシカが現れました。 Kamoshika on the way back from Senke no Yu to Renge Onsen Lodge. |
 朝の蓮華温泉出発時。今年は、ロッジ前も雪が少ない。 Renge Onsen Lodge in the morning. It is clear that we lad much less snow than usual because the bottom of the building is exposed. |

この後、灌木等に悩まされつつも、無事下山しました。 Although we were bothered by shrubs, we safely came back. |
