Bullet holes are still seen here and there
今でも残る銃弾の跡など


This building itself has many bullet holes.
The black granite moniment in front of it has also
many bullet holes.
この建物自体にも多数の弾痕が残っている。
しかし、その前の黒い花崗岩のモニュメント他にも
多数の弾痕が残っている。

The places where someone was killed used to be
painted red. Mot of them have disappeared,
but there was still one.
かつて、銃撃などで人が亡くなった場所毎に
赤い印をつけたというが、今ではほとんど
無くなっている。しかし、ここにはまだ残っていた。

The school looks calm but the building has
numerous bullet holes as seen in the right picture.
この学校は静かに見えるが、校舎には
無数の弾痕が残っている。

This college posts the name of its faculty members
who were killed in the war as seen in the right photo.
この短大では、亡くなった教員1人1人の名前を
プレートに記している。

Holiday Inn which was open even during the war
and thus where press reporters stayed.
At the top of the building, we can still see
bullet holes, which I believe are
intentionally preserved.
内戦中にも営業し、多くの記者の宿泊場所となっていた
ホリデー・イン。おそらく意図的に、最上部にだけ
弾痕が残っている。

As too many people were killed,
a part of the former Olympic Games stadiums were converted to graves.

内戦の時、墓地が足りず、オリンピックの競技場を墓地にしたところ


The white ones in the far left are for Muslim peple, while the gray ones are for Christian people.
左上部の白い墓石はイスラム教徒、他の灰色の墓石はキリスト教徒のお墓。

In the next valley, I saw further more graves also in white and gray from the top of a hill
where the former Olympic stadiums are seen.
旧オリンピック競技場のお墓を見下ろす丘に立って隣りの谷を見ると、更に多くの真新しいお墓が見えた。
