 家の改造を行うベラ家の息子と使用人のペドロ。 チリの家には使用人がいることが多い。カストロで泊まった 家では、若い女の子を使っていた。元気のないその子は、 薄汚れた服を着ていて、翌早朝も、全く同じ薄汚れた 服を着て働いていた。これに対し、ベラ家では、 使用人のペドロは元気で、クリスマスで帰っていた 大学生の息子も、ペドロと一緒に働いていた。 The son and Pedro, servant of the Vera family.
